Muhammad Rashed Ul Alam, PMP is an ICT and telecommunications professional with over 24 years of Leadership experience in Project Management, Network Infrastructure and Digital Transformation. He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from KUET, a PGD in ICT from KUET, and an MBA from NIBM, Trivandrum, India in Project Management.

Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles at Grameenphone, Huawei, BMGP, EDOTCO, ZTE, Summit Communications, and Tech Valley Networks. He is currently the Founder & Chief Consultant of EffortShapper, providing consultancy and professional training in Soft Skills, Leadership and Capacity building for Professionals & Students.
